2(c):There are cords outside accessible to children. 2 (d): There are plastic bags in a cupboard that is accessible to children. Downstairs there is also a drawer that has items that are accessible to children that state keep out of reach of children. 2 (g) Cribs are against the window downstairs and there is no documentation that it is safety glass. 3 (e): There is a rug downstairs that is a tripping hazard. 5 (f): There is an extension cord being used outside for a light under the tarp area. 3 (g) There are several pieces of equipment outside that has chipped paint; playhouse and bench.
